Does Utopia exist? And where is my make up?

In the last couple of years my subject matter has engaged and explored urban and social structures established in a city. Questioning what characterizes a personal space from a public space.

It Belongs in a Girl's Room # 2

\-Raft and Girls room I, II, are large-scale sculptures I made during 2007-2009. My intention was to construct complex, compact environment formed from simple interior elements, that in somehow are drifting floating in their own inner world, resonating shelter and self-sufficient comfort. Having in mind the flags efficacy, interiors fixed setup and the makeup table as a furnished proof, point of departure


\-It belongs in a Girls room, 2008, and ‘A days darkness in a light bulb’, 2009 are installations combined by sculpture, objects drawing and photos. My aim was to combine different elementary elements that equivalent present a sense, a belonging to a teenage girls room. In the installations I present, accessories, jewels that in their own subtle, symbolic way hinge male and female prominence, power, beauty and wealth. See, Pict.
